Product Owner (3–6 Years Experience)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure successful product delivery aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Master and development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Ensure product features deliver maximum business value.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT/software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar tools
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital products.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
